Jennifer Flickinger: Board President
Jennifer, a highly qualified client relationship manager, has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has extensive expertise in wealth management solutions, ranging from estate planning, complex credit issues, banking services and customized investment services. Her focus has always been and continues to be the client.Jennifer attended the University of Utah and graduated from Cannon Trust School, where she obtained her Certified Trust Financial Advisor accreditation.Part of Jennifer’s community outreach is working with charitable organizations on planned giving strategies to increase their donor base and endowments.
Dwight Unti: Board Vice President
Betsy Hatton: Secretary
Betsy has served on the Board of Directors of the Center for the Arts Foundation since 2005. She is the Executive Director of Portland Columbia Symphony and was instrumental in formulating the by-laws, articles of incorporation, and developing a business plan for that organization. Ms. Hatton graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages and Education. In addition to teaching, she has served as a consultant of major event planning for the March of Dimes and CorEvents. Ms. Hatton began her musical studies at age twelve. She has been a violinist with PCSO for twenty three years, and has played with the Portland Chamber Orchestra, Yaquina Orchestra, Eugene Symphony, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and Sunnyside Orchestra. In addition to music, she has a background in business and has served as a consultant to other non-profit arts Boards.
Joan Albertson: Treasurer
Joan is a retired CPA who is currently a community volunteer/activist. Proud Gresham homeowner since 1971, Joan’s professional career includes Touche Ross, F G Lamb Family including their Private Operating Foundation, and Lane-Miles Standish Printing Co. Joan’s community activities range from many different duties in the community. She is a member of: City of Gresham Public Safety Committee, Citizen Volunteers in Policing, Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Council, AAUW Gresham Area Branch, and she has been a Center for the Arts Foundation board member since 2009. Joan is a Graduate of Portland State University. She is one of the first 2000 women licensed as Certified Public Accountants in the United States (in 1969).
Sue O'Halloran
Sue O’Halloran is president of Kohler Meyers O’Halloran, Inc. Real Estate and has been a member of the Oregon Association of Realtors, Executive Committee since 2010. Sue received an award for The Oregon Certified Real Estate Specialist of the Year in 1993 and 2002. Many other awards include: Gresham Citizen of the Year in 1995, Distinguished Service Award, Oregon Association of Realtors in 1995and East Metro Association of Realtors in 2010. Sue is the past president for a number of organizations including Soroptimist International of Gresham, Gresham-Barlow Education Foundation, Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Gresham Downtown Development Association. Sue O’Halloran is a current board member with The Multnomah County Citizen Involvement Committee, Gresham Downtown Development Association, and The Center for the Arts Foundation where she is one of the founding board members.
Allan Richard
Allan Richard has had 30 plus Years in the Commercial Insurance Industry. He is an Independent Marketing Consultant and a founding board member for Gresham-Barlow Education Foundation and Center for the Arts Foundation where he is still an active member of the board. Allan has been a Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center Member since 1974.
Dottie Lauritzen

Dottie is retired from Lane Community College, and somewhat new to the Gresham area. Dottie brings years of experience as part owner in Natural Images, a fine arts company. She is on the board of Gresham Art Committee and The Center for the Arts Foundation. This position is important to the future of the Arts in Gresham. The proposed Center for the Arts will have a huge influence on the Arts community and Dottie represents GAAC in the foundation which oversees the planning for the Center.
